EEG Gait Decoder

ML & Neurotechnology

Hybrid TCN-LSTM pipeline to decode gait phase and ankle angle from 64-channel EEG, with applications in neuroprosthetics and BCI. Achieved AUC 0.924 for heel-strike detection and R² of 0.735 for ankle angle prediction. Presented at conference with Neurotech@Berkeley, April 2026.
